Section 1 - What do we do with your information?

If you choose to fill in a contact form on our website, we will store that information for six (6) months and only use it for the purpose of contacting you in relation to that enquiry.

If you choose to register for an account, your account data will be retained for the duration of your account to facilitate access to, and billing for, the service. Your account data is encrypted at-rest using industry-standard encryption. Upon termination of your account the data will be retained for a period of twelve (12) months.

Email marketing: With your explicit permission, we may send you emails about our products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information we ask you to explicitly consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Your data is stored through D4 Software’s data storage and databases. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Some data is transferred outside of the EU to the United States, hosted with a provider that complies with The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
